Great vibes and delish food!
We had a fab time chilling out here! The menu is super tempting, and the halloumi burger was a winner. Staff are really nice and made us feel welcome. Just wish the breakfast hours were a bit more flexible—10 am isn’t the best if you’re keen to get up early.

We had a lovely time exploring North Devon as the inn is perfectly located in Hartland. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the large family room that provided plenty of comfort for my two teenage children.
My kids wished there was more Wi-Fi coverage for their devices.

The family room was spacious, featuring a double and two single beds with ample storage. Breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked, with a variety of options. The communal seating area was inviting, yet the parking was limited and could be challenging during peak times. An incline to reception and stairs could be taxing, particularly for older guests.

We stayed in a spacious family room with a double bed and two singles. It felt really comfy with lots of wardrobe space. The breakfast was a highlight, super well-cooked and plenty of choices. There were lots of tea and coffee supplies too. Just a heads up, the incline to reception is a bit of a workout, even for fit folks in their 70s like us!

A Delightful Experience in a Hidden Gem
We greatly enjoyed our recent two-night stay. The spacious double room felt like a home away from home, complete with a cozy private bath. Breakfast, although self-serve, featured a fantastic cooked meal by the dedicated chef. Tip, Make sure to try the sticky toffee pudding at dinner. you won't regret it!

Perfect for Couples Seeking Comfort
We stayed in a comfy double room, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, cooked fresh and the choices were great, just really hit the spot after long day's walking.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for the quality, it was still acceptable.
